Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded human pancreas tissue. To expose target proteins, heat-induced epitope retrieval by 1 mM EDTA in 10mM Tris, pH8.5, 120°C for 3min. Following antigen retrieval, tissues were probed with a ALOX12 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-26911) at a dilution of 1:150.
